Sonu Nigam has bought three commercial units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a combined Rs 17 crore. The deals were registered on August 6, 2026, and the details come from property registration documents.

Details of Sonu Nigam’s Andheri West purchase

According to the documents obtained by CRE Matrix, the units are in the Aston building in the Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road. Two of them are adjoining commercial units on the first floor, while the third is an office on the ground floor.As per the documents, Sonu bought the two first-floor units from Singular Health Private Limited for Rs 16 crore. Together, they have a carpet area of 3,885.77 sq ft. The deal carried a stamp duty of Rs 96 lakh and also included four car parking spaces in the stack parking system in the building’s basement.In a separate deal registered the same day, he bought the ground-floor office from the same seller for Rs 1 crore. It has a carpet area of 258.33 sq ft, and the stamp duty paid was Rs 6 lakh.Taken together, the three units have a carpet area of 4,144.10 sq ft, and the total value comes to Rs 17 crore. This works out to roughly Rs 41,021 per sq ft of carpet area. Sonu Nigam and Singular Health Private Limited could not be reached for a comment.

The plot comes with a ground-plus-one-floor residential and commercial structure, according to documents seen by Liases Foras.In 2025, Sonu leased a commercial property in Santacruz East for five years at a total rent of over Rs 12.61 crore. The 4,257 sq ft office is in a building named Trade Centre BKC. It was leased to Pattni Hospitality, which runs a cafe and bar brand called Downtown 29. The deal was registered on December 2, 2025, as per documents reviewed by SquareYards.
