Reliance Industries board to consider fund-raise on Oct 30

MUMBAI: Reliance Industries on Tuesday said its board will meet on October 30 to consider a fund-raise programme through the issuance of listed redeemable non-convertible debentures. On Friday, the company is scheduled to review and approve its financial results for the second quarter of FY27.
